Interesting subject… Conscious Creating
. Is it really a subject for
discussion; is it a new age cliché? Or
is it the goal and purpose of human life?
We think of a dream as something that happens when we are
unconscious, but poets, philosophers and storytellers throughout the ages have
told us that life is a dream. I have
always taken it for granted that they must be right and that in fact this life
is a dream, just as they say, but what kind of dream is it? If we are awake -
how can it be a dream? It is our language that creates the contradiction:
It is a waking dream. In our waking dream focus and belief are the
creators. Focus and belief create intent, a quality of awareness that can and
does pull events or object toward us where they become physically manifested. Intent
grows out of what we focus upon; it is a distant cousin to intentions. You can
have good intentions, and yet circumstances can turn out all wrong. The faint
shadow of higher intelligence becomes evident when what we manifest turns out
to be better than anything we could have imagined. We can deny that we are responsible for manifesting our moods,
lives, and finances. We can be unaware of the objects we spontaneously
manifest. Life never tires of giving us clues, we are free to dismiss them as
coincidence or pass them back to that huge word, imagination.
I was walking along the beach when the
idea occurred to me to look for a perch stick for my beloved parakeet, at that
moment I looked down to my feet. Imbedded in the sand was an interesting shaped
piece of smooth wood sanded by the sea. It was the size and shape of a sleeping
parakeet. When I placed it on his tree in his room and wired it upright he fell
in love with it and slept next to it every night. There was conversation then
about which came first, the object or the desire for the object. Was it on the
beach all the time and I happened to see it when I desired something for my
bird? Be careful where you step, the
paradox escapes us in pursuit. Whether you are aware of manifesting it or you
insist you found it coincidentally, both concepts amount to the same
miracle. The time that it takes for events to occur in linear fashion is what
disguises the magic that happens when we manifest events and physical objects.
To imagine that we may learn more
about the power we are is the beginning of Hope.. Hope is a conception.
When realizations collide Hope will spark an implosion that will recharge the tired psyche giving
it new substance and feeding it like an underground spring. What
we ultimately value makes up the evidence of individuality that presents itself
to the personality; it is the imprint of each snowflake soul.
I know that you
sometimes wonder, “Why am I alive?”,
maybe you are convinced that
there is a state other than life. The knowledge of Immortality is unendurable to a spirit caught unawares. The first time someone whispers
into your ear the possibility of immortality, your imagination goes super nova,
the light illuminates the illusion of non-life for a moment and that's
all it takes to seed the change.

flame, not the filling of a vessel.” Socrates
